Why Does Canada Need Workers?

You may be wondering why Canada is looking for workers at this time. There are many positions going unfulfilled. The speed at which the country is recovering from the pandemic has been slow. This could affect the future economic recovery of the country. At present, the population of the country is aging, and there is a large skills shortage when it comes to construction. Because of this, Canada is looking to foreign workers to work in the field of construction. Skilled and semi-skilled construction workers as well as skilled construction managers are presently needed to solve the problem of the employment shortage.
